Dr. Mylaine Riobe-Heron’s Bio

    
My undergraduate studies were completed at Columbia University/Columbia College in New York City.  I obtained my Medical Degree at New York Medical College and completed my residency at Medical College of Pennsylvania and The University of South Carolina.

My studies in Chinese Medicine began after achieving my Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.  I studied with Dr. Tsun Nin Lee, MD, L.AC,  in San Francisco at the Academy of Pain Research.  Dr. Lee is a pioneer in Integrated Medicine here in the U.S.  My studies continued at the University of Miami with Dr. LiPing Chang, MD, L.AC and Dr. Fu Di, MD, L.AC. 
As a physician and as a person, I strongly believe that an integrated and holistic approach to Gynecology care is the key to successful treatment and prevention of disease.  The use of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine is a safe and effective way to treat various gynecological conditions.
